Island Girl’s Destination Photos: Grenada

Grenada Photos

#FunFact: It’s been ten years since my first visit to Grenada! Hard to believe so much time has passed, but all these years later I still remember being completely in awe of how postcard perfect and unreal everything was. Even having grown up in the Caribbean, it was amazing to see water so clear; sand so soft and white; waterfalls so pristine; and a history so well preserved. Now, after a decade, countless visits and thousands of photos, I took some time to look back on my memories while also looking forward to my next visit. Whenever it may be. Until its time for my return however, I’ve compiled this selection of 14 snapshots that capture my favorite sites and scenes across this nation’s three islands of Grenada, Carriacou and Petit Martinique. Check them out!

Itโ€™s funny, I used to live in Granada, Spain, and whenever Iโ€™d fly back from visiting my parents in the U.K. Iโ€™d always kind of wish those ridiculous stories you hear about people mistakenly boarding flights to Grenada instead Granada would happen to me! Unfortunately not…maybe one day!

    1. islandgirlintransit says:
